I'm looking for a PSU to go with my build, I've been looking at the AX760 but its too expensive, I want to know the price of the Corsair AX650 but cannot find it anywhere in the UK.
Anyone know where I can get one? :p

Hi - The AX650 is discontinued. It might be available in local computer shops, but won't be avail online.

This is the least expensive platinum unit(non modular) I could find in the UK:

For platinum modular, this is the least expensive (and top notch quality):

Thanks both. I was actually looking at this one earlier http://www.scan.co.uk/products/650w-evga-supernova-nex-full-modular-80plus-gold-90-eff-eps-12v-sli-crossfire-atx the version down from the one you linked.

My original plan was to get a RM550/650 or AX650 and find something similar to the http://en.mdpc-x.com/mdpc-sleeve/sleeve/sleeve-small-color-x.htm (MDPC Color X because it suits my build Corsair 350D black/red) however it seems hard to do for my first build. I also found BitFenix black/red extension sleeves from overclockers uk but they don't look as good as the MDPC Color X. First build btw :)

I think this will be the best option right?(The build estimated wattage is around 450W shown on pcpartpicker and I may go SLI in the future):

Edit: the only thing I don't like about this PSU is the steel bar as it might get in the way since the case (350D) is mATX. Hmm.. :/

I remember someone saying the case fits 1000W PSUs so I figured it would be fine, Idk if this is true though.

I forgot to check that for the EVGA 650W myself though, thx ^^
