CPU speed problem

when playing video games cpu speed decreases when i quit the game cpu goes back on track
cpu speed 2.20 ghz upto 3.20 ghz

my temps when playing are about 80 and my NB are suited for high temp, i used to play without any problems until about a month i start a game and after 5 minutes the fps drops and the game becomes unplayable, i aslo used throttlestop but nothing changed i donno if i was using it wrong

but it wasn't an issue before, and even if it was i bought an external fan for the laptop
i was wondering if u can show me how to use throttlestop the right way.:??:
