Poor Video quality on new laptop ...

I just bought a new laptop, the Lenovo Y510p....Ive just begun using it, and when I watch Youtube videos or stream videos online, the image quality is blurry/grainy, and not sharp...my old HP laptop had way better video quality than this...is there a way to fix this?

and these are the specs....

Make sure your settings in YouTube for the video quality isn't set low like 480 or 360 and such. Also the video you're watching might only be recorded in a low rez.

I just watched the 1st few minutes and it's grainy. It was the quality of there camera. Your laptop monitor might be adding a little to the dullness of what you're watching but that video just was recorded with a poor camera.
