Random pc hard lockups with no errors or bsod

Hi. I have problem with my pc. I built my pc 4 months ago and have had this problem since day one. Random freezes. No errors, no bsod`s. Screen just freeze, if there any sound than it`s end up looping. Can`t move mouse, keyboard not response(num lock, caps lock). Only hard reset will help. No errors in event viewer except Kernel-Power(41)(Unexpected shutdown).
Legit OS, new bios drivers, new drivers for gpu\sound(realtek), etc. It could happen while gaming or while idle. Every day or once in a week or two.
No overheating.
All tests passed with no problems - Prime95 blend test, furmark, different benchmarks, OCCT, memtest86+.
I bought new hard drive, ram, gpu. So i think that it`s PSU or Motherboard. But i want to know for sure. Or maybe it`s software issue?

How old is the power supply? And do you have the newest BIOS (not just the driver) flashed?

You can also try resetting your BIOS, that's usually my first step lol

"I bought new hard drive, ram, gpu" was that now or 4 months ago? usually when there's no BSOD nor any log recorded is due to a bad hard drive that won't even get to load the BSOD file or allow a record to be made.

you say all tests passed with no problems, for how long did you run Prime95? try to see if it can pass it overnight, if the system hasn't crashed in all those hours it could be that the crash happens when your system access some corrupted area of the HDD.

As i said it`s 4 months old. Yes, i have latest version of bios, i resetted bios, turned off power saving features to no avail.

Prime95 - 9-10 hours(overnight)
Memtest86+ - 9-10 hours for single stick(overnight)
Other tests and benchmarks - 2-3 hours.

HDD SMART is perfect.

Is there any way to get BSOD?

Have you tried resetting the BIOS? And flashing the newest BIOS? Try those.

As i said i resetted BIOS, cleared CMOS, latest bios (1604).

SMART might be perfect, but that doesn't rule out bad sectors, try running a chkdsk /R on each partition, hopefully it will be able to fix the problem without crashing.

Same for desktop\browsing.
As i said before it`s very randomly so it`s very difficult to find a culprit. I can play very demanding games for week or two and everything is fine but next day it suddenly freeze after few minutes while just listening music, for example.

Seems like as you said before it comes down to either PSU, motherboard or software issue, monitor your PSU voltages with AIDA64 or similar program (turn on its log for voltage readings) so you can see if there's any instability when the crash occurs.

Make a new partition on your HDD and make a new fresh install (dual-boot) with only essential drivers (mobo chipset, lan, video, audio) see if problem replicates on idle(I guess you will have to test it for several days since it's so random)

Just in case, run Prime95 again but this time using small FFT (supposedly it puts more stress on the CPU than blend mode) 2-4 hours should suffice.

Done. 7 hours. No errors or freezes. Also, week ago i already installed fresh os with only drivers, aimp player and browser(firefox). Freeze occured after 6 days. I asked before but is there any way to get bsod? I`m not made of money so i can`t buy psu,mb and cpu just for testing.

Update. I`ve done PSU OCCT test. Here`s results. May be it`ll help...i don`t know.

No idea how to force the BSOD, afaik system will attempt to show you the BSOD when a problem occurs, but as I said before, sometimes it's unable to load the report, in my experience that happens when it's unable to read it/write it to the HDD, but certainly a severe cpu crash/failing communication in the mobo between PCH/CPU could also prevent system from posting the BSOD.

The results regarding voltages seem ok, it jitters inside the expected values, but I meant to run a log so that when the crash occurs, when you restart you would be able to read the logs to see if there was any voltage instability (I guess OCCT has that option, make sure to monitor CPUVcore,+3.3V ,+5V and +12V readings)

Given you already have a fresh install, try running your pc without audio drivers for a week or so, then restore audio and take out graphics drivers, lets see if one of them is the culprit (though that would point more to a hardware issue since the fresh install should've fixed any software related issue)

Ok. I`ll turn off audio driver though it`s not pleasant thing to do. Actually, i dont think that it`s software issue. I`ve done some researches about voltage of diff components and there`s one thing that bothers me. It`s cpu voltage. Under full load vcore is only 1.072, seems a bit low.
