Is my CPU bottlenecking GPU?

have you updated the drivers? tried lowering your settings? checked these out?

unfortunately, from the looks of things, Arma III is a badly optimized game, gaining more from a powerful CPU. =/

That seems like a pretty huge difference though, Is there a processor I could buy that could get me to near that performance with an AMD processor?
