What drivers do you want to update? Win7 doesn't do a very good job of updating drivers through its Windows Update. If you are looking for gfx drivers, go to the AMD or Nvidia web site. If it is gfx drivers you need, tell me the card make/model and I will direct you there.

To update your drivers manually you go the manufacturers website, identify your model and download the latest driver and install it manually. There are many different drivers to update, graphics and audio drivers for example.
