I just installed a new GTX 760 graphics card and a 600 watt power supply. I have turned on my computer and installed all the necessary drivers but I am coming up with this problem.

Whenever I restart or shut down the computer it shuts down. When I press the button to turn the computer back on the computer turns on but the monitor says "no input". If I press a key on my keyboard or unplug and plug the computer back in the computer starts up normally.

So what is going on?

Edit: Also when my computer is shut down I press keys on my keyboard and the lcd monitor on it quickly lights up (it is a logitech G510

Solution
try usinga different power supply or test it with a voltage meter using voltage points also try testing the motherboards test points because there is a chance that the motherboards power is faulty

I actually got the computer to work by removing a USB power strip that I had connected...So...I'm not sure what the problem was but I can't plug in that power strip which is actually still a problem.
