I bought a GeForce GTX 650 for my computer, so i put it in, and i plug the power cord into it, and i disabled the on board graphics card, so i turned my computer on, and the fan doesnt start spinning, and i tried to install the drivers, and they cant find the graphics card, i tried online and the cd that came with it, the box says compatible with windows 7, and i have windows 8, so i thought that might have been the problem, but i thought that the fan would have at least moved or the drivers would have said something about it, so, i dont know whats wrong with it, please help
