Experiencing periodic unexpected shutdowns.

Hey everyone, i'm currently experiencing an issue and it's driving me nuts. I'm occasionally experiencing unexpected shutdowns when gaming. My system immediately (no BSOD), and entirely shuts down and restarts. I experienced a similar issue previously while playing during the Elder Scrolls Online Beta. I thought it was something with their game causing a major issue, but upon experiencing it with WoW as well it had seemingly been an nvidia driver issue. After a reformat things were seemingly back to normal for a while but it has begun to happen again. It's not an overheating issue, and I can't make the issue happen while stress testing the GPU or CPU (OCCT, Prime95). This is incredibly frustrating because I don't even know how to replicate the issue. It just seems to happen randomly while playing WoW mostly. Most of my searches haven't been super helpful, and i'm having problems trying to troubleshoot the cause of the crash. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

System Specs:
i7 4770k (running stock)
Corsair HX1050 PSU
Asus z87 OC Formula
G.Skill 16gigs @ 1866 (ran memtest overnight. no errors)
Gigabyte gtx 770 Windforce3 (stock speeds)
Samsung 830 256gb SSD
And a mix of other HDD's

I actually posted something similar to this within the past hour. It has all the same problems I have had and I have done the exact same thing as you. I am going to keep this bookmarked and mine as well. With both our posts, I am sure we can get an answer.
