Need to buy a new computer because my old one broke down. I'm planning to play games mostly. Please let me know how is this build. Don't need Os, optical drive. Don't need a GPU atm..althought will be getting a decent gpu in a couple months.

you can get an a10-5800k for a few bucks more than the 760k.
the 5800k is basically the same thing as the 750k/760k except it has the built in 7660d igpu on the apu die, so you could run the video output off the cpu alone if you wanted. and the igpu 7660d is much faster than that geforce 210.

but you would be far far better off spending $20 more for the fx6300.

I have an old gpu ( Geforce 210) which will have to suffice for now till I get a new one. But is the rest of it all good?
If I plan to get a gtx 660 or 7870 in a month will anything be a problem or bottleneck the gpu?

Thank you for the response .. I like the build you posted but I'm more of an amd fan rather than intel when it comes to cpus. And isn't the Athlon better than the g3 220 ? Keep the rest of the parts but if you fit an amd cpu in the build that would be nice

Everything else should be fine to use as a budget Pc. You might want to consider upgrading your psu when you get the opportunityu even though a bronze rating is good you will be running it at pretty much max capacity when you add a dedicated gpu like a 660. something 600w+ with and 80+ rating will be plenty and give you room if you want to overclock with different components later(not reccomended with the current cpu+ Motherboard) as far as bottlenecking with that cpu you will get some bottleneck but not that much probably max 6fps which isnt that big of a deal and the cpu can always be upgraded later on.

thats a $10 difference so your total would be $393. the overall system speed and performance will seriously be like night and day compared the the trinity based cpu you picked out and vastly better than the dual core pentium. plus you can get a low profile cpu cooler down the road and overclock it too.

since the fx6300 is so much faster and can easily handle an amd 7970/280x or an nvidia 680/770, you should bump up the wattage on your power supply so you know you can later put in a powerful card if you choose.
here is a single rail xfx 80 plus bronze rated 550w for $50 after rebate... again costs less than the one you picked.

that corsair 430w has a 32 amp 12v rail so you will definitely be fine at stock cpu and gpu clocks. if you try to overclock the piss out of the fx6300 you might be pushing it though. you will be fine and you can overclock the 7850 a modest amount. everything looks good.

personally i would find a 500w power supply for near the price you picked and also pick up a cooler master hyper 212 cpu cooler so you can give that fx6300 a healthy overclock. shop around, i bet you can get those prices down. also see if you cant find a 7870 for near the same price as the 7850 you got there.
