I am building a mini ITX Gaming Rig and I have come down to these two cases due to their ability to hold full sized graphics cards my question is which would be the better of the two. In cooling and portability? Thoughts...

My vote goes to Corsair. I think they definitely make better cases than Cooler Master.

250d for sure. You can mount h100i water cooling for your gpu with no problems and it has a dedicated cooling window for hi end gpu not to mention all fan intakes have magnetic filters which you can clean yourself which means your system will be pretty much dust free inside. Generally looks like a great small case with nice cooling

They aren't really competing products though. The 250D is $90, the Elite 130 is $50. The 250D is around 50% larger in volume than the Elite 130 and double the weight.
If you want a case that fits a 240mm rad, then the 250D is a pretty excellent case (as are the three Bitfenix cases) but if you want good value, size and portability then the Elite 130 is far superior.

Like I say, totally different market segments.
