I have a
Seagate Barracuda 2 TB HDD SATA 6 Gb/s NCQ 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive ST2000DM001

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)

Intel Core i5-4670K Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.4 GHZ 6 MB Cache - BX80646I54670K

EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit, Dual-Link DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI,DP, SLI Ready Graphics Card (02G-P4-2765-KR) Graphics Cards 02G-P4-2765-KR

and a Asus p7p55d-e Mother Board and I was just wondering if all these parts are compatible and if these components would run Skyrim on ultra with some heavy texture mods.

P.S. I am about to build my first pc and was wondering if you guys had some tips for me. Like should I get a hard drive and an ssd or a hybrid, what should I be careful of when building the pc, etc.

Everything is compatible except your motherboard. You need an 1150 socket. Once you get an 1150, Skyrim will run on ultra. D/L the geforce experience for the 760 and work with the recommended settings first then tweak and check FPS until you get the highest quality you can with the lowest FPS you will settle for.

There's no need to go higher than $150.00, you can get a decent mobo for $100.00. I didn't go higher then $150.00 in the above links. If you really want to spend more, you may just be buying extras you'd never use.
