Can I play battlefield 4 on High settings
What do I have to do to use full potential of the stuff I have like the settings in the computer

The two things that catch my eye are CPU n GPU. Your CPU is low end and is a 7770 if you want to game at 1080p. If you do try 1080p then you will play at Low, maybe Med settings. If you game on a 720p monitor then you should be able to reach High with good fps.

Not sure what to recommend. First off, bad news, that psu is very bad and unreliable. If possible get a new one.

What resolution is your monitor? Also, you could just upgrade the GPU. That will help in gaming more than anything else.

How much can you spend on the GPU? Are you willing to buy a new PSU too? I'd hate for a system to get killed cuz of a bad PSU.

A 7770 will not play BF4 on High. I'm guessing it would be Low settings.
The processor isn't bad, but it's a very low end CPU. However, if you want to improve gaming then you gotta upgrade from a 7770 to something better.

I'd get the cx600m. It is big enough that you could get almost any GPU. Also it is nice to have modular cables to keep things neat.
