Using MSI Afterburner, I took my 520m and overclocked it to 900 core/920 memory/1800 shader

Stock on this chip is 740/800/1480 so that's quite an increase for a laptop GPU.

I started out slow, running some benchmarks and monitoring the temps as I went. I kept going and going until I reached the aforementioned speeds. Played ff14, full screen 1280x720/high settings at 20-30 FPS(even in highly crowded areas with 30+ players on screen). Not bad, considering most people would say there's no way in hell this card could run anything worth playing.

I gamed for about 6 hours with my GPU stabilizing around 68 C and my CPU acting a bit strange. It kept rubber-banding 70-mid 80's. One second it would read 71 C and literally in the blink of an eye would read 85. Then continue to jump back and forth. Is it even possible for temps to flux 20 degrees in under a second? This is an 2nd gen i5 2410m

The bottom of my case felt cool the entire time the system was under load so I know there's no way it could be reaching peak temps of near 190 degrees. Just no way

Any thoughts? I think the sensors may be faulty, maybe.

For those wondering, I am using a Cooler Master SF-19 laptop cooling pad. Two 140-mm turbine fans spinning at 2600 RPM. I have very good airflow with it
