I have 2-3 queries & suggestions.
1) For processor wouldn't i5-4th gen ( like 4430) be better?

3) For GPU : I have had alot of confusion from a long time b/w gtx660 and r9 270x. Also for around 16000 i can get gtx760 shipped from amazon.com.

1. i5 is going above your budget. If u raise your budget by about 10k then it might add.
2. Those are very vague specs shown. There aren't images showing all parts of the cabinet and how the inside looks. First of all iBall isn't good at anything. I don't think that has good air flow design. May not have cable management. The one i suggested has front USB 3.0 ports. PSU location unknown. It looks more show-off than actual functionality
3. ASUS r9 270x has 2 models and that is not the better TOP version. Between the MSI GTX 660 OC and ASUS r9 270x, both are good at their price points - there is no deal here. I haven't personally bought from amazon.com so no idea there. If u do please tell the experience and amount u paid in total

Dell and HP aren't very good monitor makers and if u could wait a while u could get a G-Sync monitor
