How To Block Internet

Hello Friends :
this is my first question.
i have Reliance broadband (BOLT_699_2048KB) internet connection with 2mbps speed and i have 2 systems installed with Windows 7.
my internet router is Billion Bipac 5200s. and Internet Switch is Netgear FS608 v2. Internet connection is working in 2 systems properly
but i want to blocked Internet Connection in any one system.. is't possible ?... Please help

think thats not what they want, possibly want limited control at certain times or if the kids are miss behaving ;P Router should have the options.

Basically, go the computer(s) you want to block, find out the mac address and in the router setup page under lan (or something similar) there should be a field you can enter for exceptions and depending on router model could enter times when the internet be available.

Thanks Rajiv Pandey ... m not sharing this ... NetGear Switch shared the Internet connection.

Thanks Boju ... m trying to change the Bipac Modem configuration settings but i could not, because no changing option available into the configuration
page...

have any other way
