I use Dual monitors(1280 by 720 and 1920 by 1080)
os Windows 7 HP
Will only use wifi. No ethernet as router located too far :(

My usage :
Applications that i will never close unless i shut down : Chrome, windows media player, utorrent, skype.

Programs i use around 5 times in a week : Mp3tag,windows explorer.

Games i play 5 times in a week(Highest settings) :
League of legends,Maplestory,Sudden Attack,Osu!
I always games while browsing ,playing mp3 on wmp on another monitor, and torrenting. I usually use window mode for gaming :3

I open chrome with around 20 tabs few times in a week

I watch anime series a lot. I need lots of storage to store my videos. I have many playlists and music as well.

I will do multitasking quite lot as i will do lots of comparisons using my dual monitors.

Audio quality must be GOOD. I LOVE MUSIC.

I do word processing and video editing only once in 3 months.

So what best value cpu,mobo, gpu,ssd,hdd and how much ram will be the best fit for that usage? :D

Well I think i will just build a new one.

for what you want to do , add a gfx card. maybe something like a 7770 or 650ti (assuming you have a 450w psu).
bumping the ram to 4 gigs would be a good idea also. but either get the same as you already have or dump the stuff you have and get a matched pair of 2x2gig ddr3 1600 (c9 or better, c8,c7)
