Spec looks fine, though when you consider postage costs it might work out cheaper reducing the number of suppliers. Have you considered buying an SSD as a system drive and a larger HDD for games/movies etc

i would have put an r9 290 with a custom cooler like the sapphire tri-x but i couldn't find one
The cpu i basically the same for cheaper. Nobody needs an optical drive, but if you need, you can buy it i don't mind. The gpu is much much much better, this is the most important part for gaming
The memory is cheaper and the psu is a corsair one- not the best corsair made psu, but perfect for budget users
Yeah i will consider where im purchasing everything from, just an overview the now. i will consider an SSD if i feel necesary.. I think 1tb should be sufficient is easy enough to get another if i need.
No need for 16gb RAM i don't think.. And any case you'd recommend?

Here's the final list now. The 40 pounds left out for the custom cooled r9 290, because i could find only reference cooled ones, which are terrible. The sapphire tri-x will cost IMO exactly 40 pounds more (like in my country). And about the case, it's just plain awesome. You get a legendary haf-x, with the same features within a mid-tower. You watch some reviews
And probably you could get a B85 mobo for cheaper and leave the money for an optical drive if you need one. If you don't need it, you can stay with this build.
