I am currently connecting a Samsung LA27S71B LCD TV to a Sapphire 5850 Toxic with a HDMI-HDMI cable. The picture quality is terrible at 1080p and not that fantastic either at 720p.

Tried reading the forums here and tried the various methods like changing the HDMI SOURCE on the TV menu to PC, messing around with the settings in the ATI CCC.

please helppppp!!

Have you tried a different cable? It is possible that yours is bad.

Download the manual here and see page 23 for supported resolutions. With win7 you should be able to set it to the native resolution of 1366 x 768.

At a glance, it appears to be one of those common oddball 1366x768 TVs so you get rescaling for both 720p and 1080i. Unless you can force your GPU to send 768p and the TV accepts it or have an option to sacrifice screen space by disabling rescaling, you are stuck with blurry rescale.
