That PSU is not a trusted one, could fail under stressful situation. Get a decent one like XFX, Corsair(expect CX, VS, RM series) HX and TX are better ones, Seasonic, Antec.
And a 550/600W PSU will be enough for your system. R9 270x will require 150W at max load.
Yeah. I'm really worried right know. I'm on a tight budget and I have already bought the Cooler Master Thunder M. My mistake is that I buy it without reading any reviews from it.
I really don't know what to believe. Some says it's good. Some it's not. I don't really need a high end one.
No its not a trusted unit as I said earlier, but now nothing can be done as you have already brought it, you have to live with it. Next time do some research before...

Only review I find judges it as average nothing special, it is made by CWT which is a trusted OEM so it is not bad like so many CM PSU's.
Really?! That would be a relief. I'm just a student so money is really a problem. Lol. My mother will kill me if I need another new PSU. It's a relief that it is made by a good manufacturer then? Thank God.

Yes that's true. Gues I have to save money from my allowance to buy a new one then.
You're not going to say that it has a good chance to fire up my build right? That would be the scary part.

It will work fine. Since you already got it use it if you had come here before we would have suggested something else but my guess it is in class with Corsair's CX PSU's when looking at quality of components. Or tier 3 here http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

No I wouldn't say that, but don't stress the unit with OC or SLI/Crossfire, it could break. Actually cheap/crap unit's doesn't deliver clean current which could damage the components. And the Capacitors and Rectifiers are weak too, rated for only 30-40C, and mixture of some good quality and bad quality Caps. Anyways I wish you good luck, and hope it will last longer then expected atleast you to save from your Mummy. Have fun.

Yeah.. I gues you're right. It would be a waste of money if I buy a new PSU.
Guess I'll spend money on more cooling fans.
Thank you for all the answer everyone. I really appreciate it. lonewolf7 and rolli59.

I don't really have the plan to OC or SLI anyway. I'm just an average gamer. Just wanna make sure for safety. Thank you for the answer.
