I had upgraded my catalyst control centre to 13.9 one month ago.. At first all my games were working and CCC was opening properly. But some days ago it started showing CCC.exe stopped working and all my games shows ''stopped working'. After reading some opinions i uppgraded my driver to 13.12 but the problem still countiues.. Need help.....
My Specs are -
Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.80GHz
Power Color Radeon HD 6670 2 GB (Current Driver Version - 13.12)
4GB DDR3 RAM
Motherboard - ECS G41T - M7 (BIOS version: don't know)

Solution

Chiraag bhai U just need to uninstall the drivers using safemode. Reboot the pc and uninstall the remaining traces of your CCC and any AMD softs including .NET work in normal mode. Then use CCleaner and clear up the registry issues. Then reboot and try the fresh installation of your updated CCC. good luck.....

I doubt it was CCC that caused the problem. At least not on its own. You might have some registry errors causing problems. Run CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both.

If there's still no joy, you may want to remove all traces of the gfx driver and any you may have had previously, and start anew. First, uninstall the gfx driver (CCC) and then run Driver Sweeper (this version) from Safe Mode. http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4266-driver-sweeper.html
Have it remove any traces of AMD, ATI, and Nvidia graphic driver remnants it finds. Then reboot and install the latest driver for your card and OS.

I followed all the steps givrn by @clutchc... Uninstalled ccc and ran driver sweeper from safe mode. But i installed ccc 12.8 and then it showed MOM. Implementation error. I repeated the same process again but this time instrad of 12.8 i installed 13.12 but it still shows CCC. Exe has stopped working... Nothing changed....
PS - I HAVE NET FRAMEWORK 4.5.1 INSTALLED
