PCPartPicker.com is only for you to make the list of the pc parts you wanna buy and then it finds the site that sells that part the cheapest so you can buy it. PCpartpicker does not make the computer for you and ship it you have to buy the parts individually at differently sites or retailers. It just helps you to build the list and lets you know how much you gonna spend on all the parts.
