With the recent unveiling of AMD's low level API Mantle and nVidias Gameworks program what GPU brand will benefit for Game Development?
what do gamers demand? (graphics/performance)
What should the game be optimized for? (AMD or nVidia)
From what company do I take advantage of their features? (Gameworks and Mantle)

What are the main features exclusive from both brands. More specifically over clocking, in game features and visuals like physx and how it will benefit? And what CPU brand should i take advantage of its exclusive features?
Intel (hyperthreading) or AMD (more cores)
