Youtube videos stuttering, probably because of gpu on laptop

Hello, i have one laptop which is pretty bad, 512Mb ram, ATI Radeon IGP 320M and i don't know the cpu. So youtube and other videos online are stuttering, even if they are buffered enough, could i solve it somehow, internet speed is 4mbps so it is pretty good, it shouldn't be the problem

Go to www.filehippo.com. Download and run SPECCY, copy and paste here your specs.
Download and run SlimDrivers to update all your drivers. Have you run Windows Update to install all updates and options (except BING)? Have you updated Java, Adobe Flash and AIR ?

Personally off the top of my head that sounds like a ancient video card, and probably a ancient laptop that wasn't made for the Youtube age.

stuttering with online video related to internet connection and not the system for example when you watch on the pc it will preform better than watching on the internet people who have quality connection won't feel the stuttering and not related to the speed you could have 10 mb and get stuttering issue , i mean a lot of people have it but either they don't notice it because they don't know what it's so they think it's a video issue or they just don't bother about it
