Graphic Drivers Were Uninstalled

After i factory reset my computer, only standard VGA graphics come up.
I dont know where to find my graphics card, but it was working perfectly fine before this.
I can show this as my windows index for graphics and gaming graphics were 4's, but now they have dropped to 1's. I am sure they have been uninstalled.
Does anyone know how to reinstall/fix this!?
By the way, i dont understand "Technical terms".

I think you need to install Graphics Driver.

Press the WIN logo button(keyboard) + R simultaneously, a window will open, in the resulting window Type : devmgmt.msc then hit OK button. You will be presented by Device Manager window, now in that window click on the Display Adapters, you will see what are you using as graphics adapter.

You need to update the driver for the adapter.

See, I've already attempted this, but it said it was updated, nothing else
