Corsair cx600m is it good for sli660(140+140=280w)? And is semi modular psu cables enough for build pc?

what cpu and other stuff do you have? 600 should be enough, but you could be pushing the limits of the PSU if you have a power hungry and/or OCd CPU

For that SLI setup I would recommend atleast a 650 watt quality PSU.
CX 600 might not suffice if you overclock in future.
You can have a look at the following options for PSUs:
1)Corsair HX 650 (80+ silver)
2) Seasonic X series 650 (80+ Gold) (fully modular)
3) Cooler Master Vanguard 700 watt (80+ Gold) (fully modular)

Yes, a semi modular one would work.

For a system using two GeForce GTX 660 (non-Ti) graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 36 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

Is cx600m enough for overclocking fx8320? And gibe advice good budget pc(cooler master,corsair,xfx,antec or right company) under 80$ may be good
