Asus H61 is the finest of mentioned motherboards. You can perform all your overclocking adventures on it with ease. ASUS is the finest PSU maker in the motherboard market. Yep, its worth the price.

If you're not planning to overclock the CPU or GPU, any of these motherboards would run fine with your setup.

My personal choice - MSI H61-P20 (if you're not overclocking).
Its a fine beginner's board sporting Military Class Components. MSI makes fine quality boards.

Overclocking raises up temperatures and power draw very rapidly. The overclocking boards such as Asus are designed for overclockers. With the MSI board you can Overclock your GPU but not upto limits. Keep a check on GPU temperatures to not to go above 85 degrees. Rest all is fine. Foxconn are poor overclockers.

What? We are talking H61 chipset, which is not designed for OCing, whether it be Asus, GB, the Rock or any other mobo maker, they can be slightly, but are not designed to.....any of them allow for a GPU OCwhich is not considered OCing the the mobo/CPU - and if you do OC the GPU heat will rise
