GTX 770 Lightning OC or GTX 770 DirectCU II OC?

Which of these cards should I get, I can get them both for the same price but don't know which one to go with

both are great cards, the lightening seems to cool a bit better while also being a tiny bit louder. as robnof said, both are great cards. if you want a quite system go for direct CU, if you want to OC go for the lightning.

I 2nd the lightning. I've heard so many great things about that card. I've never owned an MSI card, but of I upgrade I'm probably going to get one of their lightning cards.

This is a tough call but I'd have to agree with the MSI N770 Lightning if you can find one in stock anywhere.

Picked the lighting because I'm not really bothered about sound and it overall has better specs (was also 5 pounds cheaper). Thanks for the help everyone!

If I'm correct the lightning has 3 fans and should be quieter since they can spin at a lower rpm since there is more fans.
