both are great cards, the lightening seems to cool a bit better while also being a tiny bit louder. as robnof said, both are great cards. if you want a quite system go for direct CU, if you want to OC go for the lightning.
I 2nd the lightning. I've heard so many great things about that card. I've never owned an MSI card, but of I upgrade I'm probably going to get one of their lightning cards.
Picked the lighting because I'm not really bothered about sound and it overall has better specs (was also 5 pounds cheaper). Thanks for the help everyone!
