Using multiple USB controllers as one

So, I have two USB controllers that are designed for one game, which is Flight Simulator. So I have the pedals and yoke. Now, I want to try and use these for other games, namely racing obviously. I found that I CAN hook both up to the game (separately) and control however much I can with the inputs on each one, but I want to hook them up at once and use them simultaneously. So like be able to use the pedals for the forward/backward and use the yoke for steering/other buttons. Does anyone know any way to be able to do this, effectively hooking two devices up to be registered as one device?

pretty sure you can't.
steering wheels come with an attached pedal set. It's only the airplane controls (for the flight sim enthusiasts) that would come as seperate pieces, as most airplanes use a simple throttle and joystick, where as all cars require a steering wheel and gas pedals.

I'm thinking there's got to be someway to like, maybe create a fake virtual controller that takes the inputs from these two controllers and let the games register the virtual one?

Well it would be possible for someone who knows how to program hardware to make one, but does one exist for the extremely small set of people who use flight sim controllers, and much less that works with your specific model? not likely.

The main racing game I play is just Burnout anyways, and that game is just going fast, you actually only accelerate at one speed so no pressure sensitivity is ok :p I'll try that out and see if it works, thanks. If anyone else has ideas too though that would still be appreciated

Obviously I would have tried that but a game registers what controller its keybinding from. Especially in Burnout you select the keybinds for that controller, you can't set up for multiples like that. By default it doesn't work like that in video games
