Hello and before I start, I know that I should build my own, I get that! But, due to my living situation, college related stuff, plus absolutely severe eye issues... Building my own just isn't an option for me right now.

That said what would be an okay (not needing to be great) computer build for me?

Mostly I'd use it for games at Medium settings. Quite a bit of online gaming, focusing on flash games.

I've found two on eBay that seemed to have what I need:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/331102740593?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

I like that one is cheap enough I could get a monitor and not need to use my t.v.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/171121310472?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

Then I found one on cyberpowerpc:

Any help, guidance, etc. would really be appreciated and thank you!

Solution
None are really a good option. The first one has a junky CPU and a low end GPU. It will play games at low.

The second one has a junky CPU as well but a better GPU.

The third one has a good CPU but a low end GPU and will play at low settings.

All three come with completely junk PSUs that really should be replaced for the sake of keeping the system safe and not having to worry about it frying all of the components.

Thank you! I'm still trying to find a way to build my own pc or at least finding someone to do it for me due to my health reasons. But if I settled on a pre-built one I'd lean towards that!

If you dont mind me asking what health conditions do you have? A pc is really simple. You can buy many tool less cases so you wouldnt have to deal with that. ALl you would have to do really is plug everything in.

We can more than help you get the most bang for your buck if your willing to build your own!

He stated in his first post that he suffers from severe eye trauma so I'm guessing vision is a concern.

I'm to the point that I'm almost completely blind, little things are nearly impossible for me to see and PC's have a lot of little things! I know I can buy a magnifying thing with a light, but again my budget is really really tight and I almost wondered if a pre-built could work for me. Then there is all the cables, and everything else...

I completely understand your situation. I got a tiny metal shaving in my eye while working on a car and had to have surgery and wear an eye patch for like 6 weeks. No depth perception made my basically useless at everything.

The $800 build is actually very good as far as a pre-built is concerned and I would get that given your current situation.

Only small things are Case fan plugins and front pannel connectors. Maybe 4-5 total for small connectors. I know you can do it if you game!

But if you really want a pre built which i could understand hope you find one! Im sorry i cant help you out on that, i never bother to look at them and probably will never again

Now I'm wondering what a decent home built computer with OS (8.1 or 7), monitor, keyboard, and able to play games okay would look like? I basically need everything but a mouse as I have one in use with my current laptop. And has to be wi-fi enabled due to the router being on a separate floor of my town-house.

I'd like to keep it under $750 after all S&H charges and am Amazon Prime Student so shipping is usually free there if that makes things cheaper/more accessible.

Is 800$ you max? The monitor will take a big chunk of change out of decent parts mate

$750 is my absolute max, I might use my t.v. for a monitor though until I get more cash if that helps?

I don't need high/ultra settings, just something that will play games at Med. settings and laugh at flash games.

This is $791 but it is far better than those other pre-builts. If you do not need a monitor, I can change it to be better priced and have better performance.

I like this one actually, but if you were to remove the monitor how would the updated newer version look? Thank you for all the help also!

MUCH better motherboard and GPU. Should easily play games at high settings at 1080p and some games will run at MAX.

Sorry, but this is not a very good option.

The motherboard is 5+ years old with a new socket tacked on. It also does not support the fx6300 without a bios update.
The gtx660 is good but only barely better than the 7850 in the prebuilt.
The cx500 is not the best PSU. The XFX550 can be had for the same price and is MUCH better quality. The CX line form Corsair is made using inferior capacitors.

All the same goes for the second build you posted minus the GPU comment.
