I have 1 sapphire radeon 7870 and it's been amazing for what I do on the computer, but if I were to crossfire 2 of those 7870s then how does that compare to like a stronger single gpu like a 7950?

I'm not sure how that works in terms of benchmark numbers. Will it make the computer handle heavier games or what?

single more powerful gpu over dual gpu's any day. but if your gonna upgrade i wouldnt go for a 7950 i would go for a 7970/280x for a more noticeable improvement.
