I accidentally bought the 32 bit version instead of the 64 bit version and I was wondering if there was a way I could get a free upgrade, I mean they cost the same price and I'm pretty upset that I bought the wrong version and I really don't want to wait another 2 weeks to receive the right copy from new egg because I was hoping to use my computer now.; Any help will be appreciated

You should be able to download the 64 bit version without a problem and use the same key.

I might be wrong but I though the keys were non transferable between 32 & 64 bit?

the key gets you a license to the windows 8.x you can use either 32 or 64 bit but only one at a time.

you will need to make a disk image to change from a 32 bit to 64 bits install.
