I accidentally deleted the partition with my system and I don t know how to get it back

I accidentally deleted the partition with my system and I don't know how to get it back. At the moment my PC can't load system (something about there is no active partition, Press any key to continue)
I recovered my partition but I still can't load the system
what shall i do?

It seems to me like the only solution but I'm looking for something that would help me avoid it
but if everyone (like me) run out of ideas than I will have to do it

In the end I somehow repaired it with windows repair. There were some tough things to do but I somehow manage it.
I get the Boot Mgr after I was repairing one of my disks and in the middle of my work I get a bluescreen. It wasn't a gut experience only hard work. Nearly nobody had similar problem before...
