HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB DDR5 low fps?

I have bought recently this Graphic Card and i doenst get the results i expected. I had a 5450 before and its obvious i can play more games than before and in better quality, but i dont get more fps than before. A friend of mine has a 6970 and he is able to run Minecraft with 250 - 300 fps while i cant get above 80 fps (only 30 fps more than with the 5450). Same with League of Legends, he can get 150 fps aprox all the time, i can play in ultra settings but i dont get more than 90 fps.
My PC specs:
CPU: AMD FX 6100 (not OC)
RAM: HyperX Blue edition 4gb x2
MOBO: ASUS M5A97 R2.0

PD: If it is useful i runned Heaven Benchmark and i got 780 in score. (http://gyazo.com/b4df6dcbb9dc1796ae691fd52eb02a11)

Crysis 2 runs well on my pc and BF3 too, i play both on ultra and they dont go below 60fps (maybe BF3 yes but im not sure). I am not sure if i should OC my CPU because i have ventilation problems on my pc and i had to bought recently 2 extra chasis vents for it and now it doesnt go above 60º C.

No, if your games run well, then don not oc anything
it is just to make sure that the problem is on CPU
Running crysis and BF on the expected FPS then your problem is only in CPU dependent games
Don't worry, these games are generally not demanding. Your system appears to be OK!!!!

Yes but is there any solution to increase FPS on these CPU dependent games? It is very frustrating to play Minecraft and LoL, which i play most of the time, only 20 fps better than a 5450...
