A question for the experts. I need a gaming rig that can run 2 monitors, play games at a minimum 60 FPS at 1080p (think DayZ), and do video editing. Below is the parts list I have put together and I am looking for suggestions.
Can I save money anywhere and still get what I need?
Would you swap out any of the parts?
Will the case be good enough and allow for expansion if needed?
Am I missing anything?
Any thoughts are welcome.

CPU = i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad Core
Cooler = Coller Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM
Motherboard = ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150
Memory = G.Skill Ares Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3
Storage = Kingston Hyper X 3K 120 KB 2.5" SSD
Storage = Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Video Card = EVGA GeForce GTX 760 4GB
Sound Card = Asus Xonar DGX 24-bit 96KHz
Case = Corsair 500R Black ATX Mid Tower
Power Supply = SeaSonic M1211 650w 80+
Optical Drive = Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer
OS = Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM)(64-bit)

Thoughts?

I forgot to add that I will be streaming all games. I don't plan on running the game on 2 monitors, just need to make sure the system will support gameplay on one monitor and web/office/editing on the other at the same time. I do plan on running all games on as maxed out setting as possible.

With that said, should I upgrade my video card, run dual, or will what I have work?

You should just upgrade your GPU since you're only planning to game with one monitor and small tasks on the other.

will this setup (cooling system) support overclocking if i choose to do so?

I will upgrade to the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB Video Card. Thoughts?

You will be able to do slight OC with the Hyper Evo 212. Not so intense OCs like passed 4.0ghz+ with stable temperature.

you can save money to spend on the gpu by going with and i5 (little performance difference in games) and you don't need a sound card. The on board sound of most modern motherboards are good enough for 99% of people. I was thinking of getting a sound card once because the mic input and other things weren't as nice as I liked, all it took was a driver update and they were fine.

you thinking 10% or so? If I upgrade the cooling system to get to 4.0ghz without issue what would you recommend?

The best air cooler is the Noctua NH-D14. It's able to compete with one of the best quality liquid cooler like the h100 and actually even beat it's performance.

As it sits I am at about $1,500 with the upgraded GPU. Any response to the earlier suggestion about going down to an i5?

With this setup will overclocking even be necessary?

As it sits my parts list looks like this:

CPU = i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad Core
Cooler = Coller Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM
Motherboard = ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150
Memory = G.Skill Ares Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3
Storage = Kingston Hyper X 3K 120 KB 2.5" SSD
Storage = Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Video Card = EVGA GeForce GTX 770 4GB
Sound Card = Asus Xonar DGX 24-bit 96KHz

Sick build. Not much I would change with one exception but this is completly optional. The PSU is great and will run everything no problem I guarantee it. However, it limits your expansion possibilities. If you ever plan to get a second GPU in the future 650Watts just wont cut it. For about 30-40$ more you can get a same seasonic 750Watt PSU and you should be good to go for years to come.
