After a fresh install of windows Horrible Cpu usage in bf4 again

So after I bought a new ssd I did a fresh install of windows 7 and re downloaded everything so all programs should be running as the should be. All my games are doing very well except the infamous battlefield 4. I had this problem when I just got my new upgrade but I cleared that up with more ram and I disabled core parking. I have already run through all possible drivers on my msi 770, but its cpu that is doing so bad. I have an I7-4770k and was running bf4 maxed out before I fresh installed everything. Now its being poop again. Any ideas?? I have already tried low priority and setting the affinity lower as well, no luck with that. Would be so grateful for a fix!! I

P.S the loading times of the ssd are fantastic and everything on the end is running just fine. I am even have a cpu monitor and it is spiking like crazy when bf4 lags for its split second intervals. But only bf4 I can run black flag and the dayz standalone just fine with no cpu usage problems.

Just went through and updated everything on my motherboard and still horrible cpu usage. So irritating how I had it working then a new windows and boom messed up again.

Solution
Okay then, as any other consideration other then 'new SSD reinstalling windows fuck up my CPU usage' is outside your viewpoint, guess then your screwed and stuck with the old, wipe windows and reinstall again routine, since that would 'resolve it' if windows was fucking your CPU. Or take the SSD out of the picture and try back to your old configuration and see if it works correctly then (the SSD may have a faulty area that BF4 resides in).

As you pointed out ONLY BF4 seems to experiance any issue, while you can't compare specifically BF4 to Dayz as these are coded totally different on different engines by different programmers and achieve different goals (for example no skyscraper physics or brick wall 'health' CPU calculating is done...
Okay lets slow down and do some basics. First did you go through all the Windows Updates and options except BING? This include IE11 and such too, which fix things under TCP/IP and not just 'a new browser again'. Can you try SlimDrivers to make sure you have the latest and greatest drivers, I was surprised mine was not using it in some key areas myself and I up keep mine.

Have you installed like GameBooster and check to make sure nothing (i.e. Acrobat Reader Updater) isn't trying to run in the background because your not noticing it in the Startup (use MSConfig or better yet AutoRuns to turn off all the non essential junk that worms it way into Startup).

Please download and run SPECCY to give us all your specs. Install MSI Afterburner, what are your temps like when the 'bf4 lags' occur? Do you get ANY similiar 'lags' when in SP mode? If not, then how many other computers, iphone, etc. are using this connection with your computer? Are you wired / wireless to the router? Have you implemented QoS on all devices and the router then modified the router table for BF4 to have priority?

Alright so I ran Speccy and the only thing that caught me off guard was it said my ram was running at 666mhz but then I went to my bios and it said I was running at 1330mhz. I know it is cpu based, I always have some of the lowest pings you can get, and my cpu usage goes through the roof for only brief moments. The last time I had this when I put more ram in and un parked it totally fixed it. I have all the newest drivers as of yesterday. Any other ideas. P.s And my temps are just fine as I'm playing it.

As I said there are some more steps in other, like Gamebooster to turn off excess stuff, as well as use AutoRuns to make sure they don't load first. Do you get any similiar lags when in SP mode? (IMPORTANT). As I asked also "how many other computers, iphone, etc. are using this connection with your computer? Are you wired / wireless to the router? Have you implemented QoS on all devices and the router then modified the router table for BF4 to have priority?" - this isn't about ping, it is about your pipe, and there is only so much data that can go through especially if things 'happen' by other people in the house (Netflix, downloading Pr0n, Torrenting MP3 albulm) that can be inconsistant but still the factors affecting your OL game play.

Dude, I got a new ssd and reinstalled windows and bf4. NO INTERNET CHANGES HAVE OCCURRED. OK. I am wired so no my wireless isnt the problem. If you can only tell me about internet problems and start up programs which yes i do go and set up my start up programs when I reinstall windows then I'm sorry I guess you cant help me. If I didnt need that stuff before there is no need for it now. I strictly have a cpu usage problem that i had before and fixed it. And now it is doing it again. Not to be rude but those things arent it.

As you pointed out ONLY BF4 seems to experiance any issue, while you can't compare specifically BF4 to Dayz as these are coded totally different on different engines by different programmers and achieve different goals (for example no skyscraper physics or brick wall 'health' CPU calculating is done in DayZ as it is done in BF4 for example) as a measurement, there is some key questions I am asking to narrow down is it BF4 Installed bad, is it how BF4 connects, is it how Windows is connecting it, or is it just how Windows runs it, and so on.

I listed out a structure to help answer those like, what happens if you play a long SP mode session of BF4, do you get the same problem? If YES then it is solely a bad BF4 install, wipe and redownload and reinstall. MAYBE even try putting BF4 ONLY on a secondary drive for the install and see if suddenly it just has a problem with the SSD? More and more different OTHER issues could be UNDER your problem, but you can't see it just by saying 'it is a CPu problem because I reinstalled windows'.

Up to you on how you want to look at it, and refuse some basics to eliminate any factors (reload clean setup is more 'sensitive' to normal 'network' usage then the way it was 'set up' before for example). Good Luck.

I read that, and I posted this because I tried unparking the cores in 2 ways, one of which worked. Maybe he did it with a third party application which didn't change anything at me, unlike doing it yourself in the registry. That did the thing.
