Hello folks,

I'm building a gaming PC in the next month and firstly I want to grab 1 gtx 770 for in the computer. And than later adding another gtx 770 so that there in SLI together.
Now I don't now what power supply I must choose. I have already one in mind. That's the Seasonic M12II EVO 850 W, which has 70 amps on it's +12V rail and you can attach 3 (!) GPU's to it. Is this PSU good enough for both my setups: first with one gtx 770 and later with two gtx 770 's in SLI.

(Yes, I need 850 W when the cards are in SLI, because of all the other peripherearls in and around my computer)

(Sorry for my bad English)

Yes, that will power both the single 770 and double 770SLI rig just fine. The specifications from Nvidia state that you need 42amps on the 12V for a SINGLE 770, and ~62 amps for dual 770's.
You won't have much headroom for any overclocking, but more then enough power for the two cards and the rest of your system.

Each GTX 770 is a 230W card maxed out: http://www.hwcompare.com/14622/geforce-gtx-770/
That is 19.2 amps max at +12V. 38.4 amps for 2 cards. (and the 2nd card will rarely run full out) You will have plenty of room for O/C'ing with that 850W PSU's 70 amp (840W) +12V rail

What mobo are you using? In fact, what are the specs for your computer?
Look at ClutchC's first reply. From your description above it would appear that the primary PCI-Ex slot runs at X8 (not X16) and the others at x4. If you SLI two cards they will both run at X4 and you will not get the performance you are hoping for.
