Good Gaming/Fast Custom PC

What is the best custom PC with good capture card for gaming. I would like it to be 1,000 dollars or less. If it goes over thats fine.

Which capture card? You don't necessarily need one on PC, you can use software (fraps/dxtory) instead.

Honestly whatever works. I just would like a great custom computer that i can play games on and have it not go so slow.
