Cutting off power to the fan blade - but not the LED's?

So, basically, I have a very loud LED fan (Cooler Master Sickleflow 120mm Blue) that I replaced. I decided I wanted to poke around it's insides and extract the LED's. All is well, and I am left with the cables and the PCB along with whatever it is called that the fan pops into. I want to disable the fan and use just the LED's. Is this possible? Does anyone know how I might do it? Thanks:)

Even if you do extract the LED's, you still need to drill holes to mount them and possibly break the new fan. It's stupid to leave a fan not spinning. Get new fans and an LED strip. It's either that or you try to use a resistor and connect the red and black cables.
