A GeForce GTX 760 - NEEDS at least 30A on the 12v rail and a 500W PSU minimum

Your EVGA POWER SUPPLY has 40 amps on the 12v rail and 2-8 pins , so yes it will run your build.

According to Nvidia, 500w is the minimum recommended wattage for a 760 build, so it *should* be fine, unless you want to upgrade in the future., in which case you'd have to upgrade the PSU as well most likely.
