New build, Some LEDS light up but does not boot up

I have started my first build and everything seemed to be going well. But when I tried to power it on some leds lit up, Like the graphics card and another one near the front panel connector/q connector. But when I go to press the power button on the tower itself nothing happens. I have tried all the steps on here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-ste...

If anyone can help at all, Please.

My specs:
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HardDrive Baredrive,
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin,
Intel Core i5-4670 Haswell,
RAIDMAX Cobra RX-500AF-B 500W ,
ASUS GTX660-DC2O-2GD5 GeForce GTX 660 2GB ,
ASUS Z87-A Intel motherboard.

I am not surprised.

If i had to say what the problem was it would be the RAIDMAX Cobra RX-500AF-B 500W PSU.
The lights may indicate of the board improper power provided by the Psu.
Raidmax are quiet a low tear Psu and the quality of them is not as good as such brands as Corsair, Ocz, Silverstone, or Antec built PSU`s.

I would consider Rma of the power supply and opt for one of the makers in the list I gave. They may be slightly more expensive but worth the extra money
