Overclocking fx6300 help

I have my fx 6300 at 4.3 right now i really would like to run at 4.5 stable and i have used plenty of guide with no success and ideas on what i can do

Corsiar cx500
ASUS M5A97 R2.0
8gb of Corsair vengeance 1866
1tb WD black
120gb SSD Samsung Evo
Corsair h60
Radeon 5830

would you recommend using the bios or amd overdrive to overclock

Do not ever use overdrive to overclock. Software overclocks are never completely stable.

thats what ive read also ive been using the bios but using the amd overdrive and hwinfo64 look at temps while running prime95

Don't do that. Set it to something, start, test, restart, change in bios, start, test, restart, change in bios, start, test, or are you just using AMD overdrive to monitor temperatures?

every time i adjust the volts and it resets it wont load the bios then i have to reset it and it says Overclock failed and returns everything back to stock settings

no not even 1.4 just by one click right now 4.3ghz at 1.3v i want to get to 4.5ghz

It sounds like a bad batch to me, like you're hitting your limit somehow... That or you're increasing north bridge or RAM voltage?

i set the cpu volts manually and everything esle below that i didnt change and left it on auto if that makes any difference

not sure if your temps are doing well. what are your temps idle and under load for corsair h60.

Disable power saving features. C6 state should be disabled. Cool n quite should not be option since you will change offset voltage to manual. HPC mode keep on. APM mode keep at auto.
4.5 Ghz should need somewhere between 1.4 and 1.42v on the CPU. Leave CPU/NB on auto. Turn LLC on auto. turn off spread spectrum. leave RAM timings at auto for now. put RAM at 1.5v, the memory controller on FX chips isn't great so leave that alone until we get the CPU stable. leave FSB at auto and same for PCie

cpu spread disabled
epu power saving disabled
cpu and nb vots is set to manual but everything beside the volts is at auto and everytime i touch the cpu manual voltage it doesnt load
