Graphics Card wont display!!!

I recently bought a gtx 560ti from Zotac about a month ago to upgrade my gt 640 and i installed it correctly with the right amount of power and it showed a black screen. Fan turned on and everything! I thought it was DOA so i returned it and bought a gtx 660 from PNY and same problem! Fan turned on and everything! I disabled onboard graphics and uninstalled drivers. HELP!

If using a different monitor cable/connection have you checked the monitor is on the right signal mode? If the monitor does both analog and digital, analog (15 pin) may detect automatically and if using dvi with a different cable, may need to switch signal mode to digital usually via a button.
