how to restore my computer performance

hi guys! so i have this problem about my computer, at first when i bought this computer the system rank was 4.0. and last month my computer's performance was so slow so i decided to do the system recovery ( whereas the computer will restore everything to it's original form) but it went wrong, so i have to re install the window 7 in order to repair my computer. now i have this window 7, but my rating went from 4.0 to 1.0 can you please help me how to restore my previous rating? pleeaasssee. and my computer model is hp pavilion notebook pc g4-2149se.

You'll probably need to install a few drivers. They're available at hp.com, under "support," where you can enter your model number to get the downloads available for that laptop.

Check your device manager in your control panel and then system and make sure there's no ? in the list of devices 1st.
 
Also, you won't see it under "other devices" or with a question mark if the video driver isn't installed. Windows has a basic video driver that doesn't support the more advanced functions and could cause a low system graphics rating. Look under "display adapters" in the device manager: if it reads "standard VGA adapter" that's the basic windows driver. Install the proper video driver (Intel, AMD or Nvidia) that's listed at the HP site
