Can I upgrade CPU and GPU with this mobo?

Hey everyone.
So my motherboard right now is a Gigabyte M68MT-S2 rev 3.1
It is not the best motherboard. In fact, not even close.
My current specs are an AMD FX-4100 and EVGA GTX 550 Ti.
I was planning on upgrading to an AMD FX-6300 and Gigabyte GTX 760 2gb.
(I also am using a Corsair 700w psu)
Is this mobo able to handle these?
I'd rather not upgrade because that means I'd have to drop $150 for a decent mobo & $100 for WIN7.
Also, the mobo uses a 4 Pin CPU Power connector... will that work with FX 6300?
I have no idea if that affects anything, but I've seen mobos with 8 pin cpu power connectors.
If I DO have to get a new mobo, what are some of your recommendations? :)

Here are some links for you guys.

Thanks for any help!

Okay you've done your research, you know the pain of a motherboard swap is: MB, CPU, & Win7 (most people think they don't need to load OS from scratch or that they can re-use OS.... )

If you are playing games, and want more FPS.... your best path forward is always (IMHO) GPU first........

With a 700watt Corsair PSU your ready for anything. And, your existing MB & CPU will support ANY new GPU (yeah, you'll loose a few FPS in Some games over say a i7-4770k but only a few)

So, go for a nice GTX780 or GTX770..... (be sure to measure you computer case to assure new card Length will fit...)

NOTE: you could get a Cooler Master 212 EVO, and OC that CPU a bit to get a few Extra FPS outta the system too....
