<b>
Should I get an SSD which will give me 0 gain for in-game performance, but will make surfing more fun.

Should I get 8 more gigabytes of RAM so I can run multiple programs at once

Should I get more case fans..

...you should be able to to run multiple programs at once, come on. 8GB of RAM is enough to run battlefield 3, photoshop, AND 30 tabs in chrome all simultaneously.

It seems kinda like that money is burning a freaking hole in your pocket, and you're asking to waste it - more case fans won't do anything but add more noise.

If you don't have an SSD, I would buy one - get a 120GB Samsung EVO for $100 or so. Other than that, I wouldn't do anything for a while - save up your money and research balanced computer builds. I understand the bug to just throw money at your computer, I really do, but... sometimes it's just not worth it.

Only add cases fans if your temps are getting very high under load. Plus, you already got an excellent heatsink. Adding more RAM would be useless if you are not doing anything more intensive than gaming.

If you really want to upgrade, I suggest you buy a 250 GB SSD. It would be a great addition to this build.

Take a look at the 840 EVO from Samsung !

SSD FOR SURE. out of the 3 you will feel the most gain from it, games saved TO the SSD will load faster. once loaded obviously it doesn't make a difference, but still worth it. Faster boot times, faster files copies, installations, love SSD's lol

Thanks Everyone, I only ask because it's my first PC build. I actually don't even have any games for it yet haha. I have my eye on a few free-to-play games. I'm certainly not one to just save money, mostly because I'm already living off of Ramen and donating Plasma to make it through college.

It's either buy this stuff, buy some games, or eat like a normal person for a month lol. Thanks for your recommendations!

As an aside, and since I haven't bought any games yet.. what games would you guys recommend? Again $200 budget.. I know I missed the christmas sales but I'm willing to wait. What games can't you live without?

Personally, I like League of Legends and DOTA 2. They are free.

I also like Counter-Strike Global Offensive and DayZ.

I don't get the allure of Dayz when Arma 3 is available.. In Arma3 you can play zombies or you can play real life, but in DayZ all you get is zombies.. what's the difference?

And I've been meaning to get into CS:GO because I am very competitive, but the graphics do look a bit lacking..
