Yeah, odd question "Cheap" from someone with $1200 worth of video cards (& who will need a 1000watt+ power supply)

Don't make the mistake of putting triple cards into a low end motherboard. I'm not a big "bottleneck" guy but AMD CPU's aren't going to cut it with triple 280X's.....

You really should move to Intel 2011 socket or Intel 1150 w/4770K if you have to save a few bucks. Otherwise, those triple 280X's with suck that AMD CPU dry and still want for way, way, more......

NOTE: I have a Pair of 280X's in an Intel i7-930 (1366) system, If I don't OC it to 4Ghz Loose like 20% FPS.... With dual 5870s OC'ing had zero effect. When I had single 280X, OC'ing had zero effect.....
