Ok so I'm running Corsair Vengeance Pro 16gb 2x8gb kit and noticed something weird ASUS's Memory TweakIt. On Newegg and Legitreviews it says my RAM can run at 1866MHz with timings of 9-10-9-27, but in TweakIt, it says my timings are 9-9-9-24. Is this a software mistake or should I change my timings?

Make sure that your system is actually running at DDR3-1866 9-10-9-27 and not DDR3-1600 9-9-9-24. Most (almost all) DIMM manufacturers specify performance enhanced non-JEDEC compliant profiles as XMP profiles which will not be selected by default. Only JEDEC compliant profiles are selected by default unless the XMP tuner is enabled or the values are keyed in manually.

Take another look at that tool and make sure that the memory IO bus is running at 933Mhz or DDR3-1866 and not 800Mhz or DDR3-1600.
