I am working on building a PC and I put everything the way that I believe it is supposed to go. The PC turns on, parts of the motherboard light up and the fans of the case, CPU cooler, GPU and PSU all turn. However, when I try to connect it to a monitor with HDMI to see the bios I get no signal. Furthermore, the first time I turn it on it restarts itself after maybe 30 seconds. Any help?
