i5 bottleneck question

Hello, I am shopping for new components for a gaming build using an Intel Core i5-4570. Just wanted some input on the
EVGA GeForce GTX650Ti Boost SuperClocked to make sure I avoid any bottlenecks. This will mainly be used for WoW. Also wanted to be sure this will be sufficient to play at Ultra settings with good FPS.

I haven't fully committed to this yet. just trying to stay within my current budget of $600-$650 total build including OS. I know its going to be tough but I'm going to try and stick to it.

Was looking into the 660 as well, but really trying to stick to the smaller budget (so wife doesn't boot me to the couch)...any suggestions would be appreciated for the build
